need to make forum wrap smaller

i'm using SMF 1.06 and SMF-Joomla 1.3.1.3

i got everything working but the forum wont fit into template in IE

it works ok with mozilla

anyway to fix this?

This problem happens with fixed width templates. I would try to find a variable width template. Here is a demo of one at

If you would like to download it to try it on your site go to

I know that you may not like this template but it might give you ideas on how to modify yours in a similar way. Fixed width 3 column templates just don't provide enough space to display forums well.

is there no way to change the size of the forum to fit the temaplte?

it fits perfectly as it is on mozilla..

i tried it with the portal-broad template, it still had a bit sticking into the right hand column
