Joomla vs XOOPS

Hello, I open this thread ofr education purpose only and not for a flame posts.

The Topic is: Joomla Vs XOOPS.

Anyone with calm and Neutral way, is able to comment this two CMS and what are the advantage and disatvantage for both.
To explain us what according we should prefer to the one on the other and possibily why such choice.
What the real technical differences among joomla vs XOOPS
How come many developers have passed by xoops to joomla.
Because joomla depsite few integrations to the greatests board like vb and ipb is has so much used by ppl.

At almost a month since this topic was started I guess it is fair to say no one is interested in a philosophical discussion regarding the why and why not, XOOPS vs Joomla!

This is probably posted in the wrong venue anyway, as this is not a general CMS evaluation site, but a place where people have already chosen their "Great Question In Life" and are looking further on for answers along their chosen path. Smiley

I heard about XOOPS but i'm not familiar with its capabilities. I guess i'm just contented with Joomla, therefore I don't need to evaluate other CMS's.
