Static Content as a module?

I am looking for a way to have a static content item show as a module.  The reason I want to do this is I want the store hours to show up in a module box and be able to edit the hours easily be editing the static contect which is the store hours.  Is anyone aware of a module that does this.  I searched the Joomla Developer and wasn't able to find one.

Just go to Modules and click "New".
And type the content you want to appear for that module.

You've just created your custom module by doing that.
