Joomla login fails after installing the bridge

Hi there,

I have looked through the posts but haven't seen a solution to this particular problem, I'm sure it's just a configuration issue.

Problem: After installation of the bridge users cannot login to Joomla, it comes up with:

Quote
You are not authorized to view this resource.
You need to login.

Thanks in advance for your help, I need to get this fixed or I have to uninstall SMF which would be very sad.

You can try to login using account "Anon", password "password"

Joomla 1.03
SMF 1.1 RC1.
Joomla-SMF Integration version is 1.0.2a
PHP Version:    4.4.1
Web Server:    Apache/1.3.34

The problem has something to do with the patching of the index.php file. If I unpatch it then the Joomla login works fine.

Does this help in understanding the problem?
