Forum Member Groups Label

As some of you have probably noticed, I changed the member groups label and adjusted the pm quota. It's funny, it took me clicking all the links on the admin just to find where to adjust the pm quota. If you also don't know, just click "Membergroups". Then edit the quota for each group.

As for the group label, it might be non sense for some members. But when you see an Expert, it just means that expert have 150 posts. But I believe those posts are most likely helpful posts.
