When I'm not logged in (into Joomla-SMF), it takes about 7 to 10 secs for the any page in the forums to render. Once I'm logged in, it is very fast..less than 1 second to render. This is a fresh install of Joomla and SMF. I've reinstalled and followed the User Guide step by step a few times thinking that I may have skipped or missed something.

I've search these forums the best I could for 2 hours trying to find a simular issue to mine with no resolve.

When I attempt to login with the login module it brings me to a white page and doesnt log me in at all. Same for when i attempt to log in in the forum it says "you do not have the authority to view this source"

HOW CAN I INSTALL 2 FORUMS IN THE SAME SITE?

You can't do that from your administration control panel. You have to FTP to to this file and replace it.

If you want to do it from within your control panel use this component: http://extensions.joomla.org/component/option,com_mtree/task,viewlink/link_id,102/Itemid,35/

Did you refresh your browser? Disabling JSMF could work too.
