Currently I have Captch turned off to allow new users to register but I would like to use Captcha with JSMF, SMF and Joomla.  When I try to disable "Use database driven sessions" in SMF admin I get "An Error Has Occurred! Unable to load the 'main' template. "

Please advise.

I have a similar problem after upgrading to  Joomla! 1.0.12 from .10.
I have:
J! 1.0.12
CB 1.0.2
SMF 1.1.2
JSMF bridge 2.0.2
PHP 5

After logging in as user, I get "incorrect username and paswword try again"
When I return Home I see that I am logged on but when I try to goto my profile page a blank screen comes up with a "Hacking attempt" message.
Then I cannot log out.

Still no change after editing php as recommended above.
