Hey guys,
Does anyone know of a way to display CB fields under the posters avatar in SMF? If I could get the JoomlaUserId somehow from the SMFUserId I could write the SQL. Every user has a text field in their user record in the CB users table.

Thanks, Chris.

Andrea,
I think this can be done for the admin side of things.
Check the modules config and the option is there to use name or user name.

I am looking to put in a created userfield. It's a martial arts web-site and I need belt Colour in......

Thanks, Chris.
4  Joomla Hacks / Joomla-SMF 1.1.x / How does bridge redirect profile links? on: September 03, 2007, 08:03:05 AM
Hey Guys,
I was looking to get one of the fields from Community Builder and put it under a posters name. I can't seem to find a table that holds a list of CB ids against SMF ids. If I found thin I could build the SQL.

Any ideas how this could be achieved?

Thanks, Chris.

Hi guys,
I'd been modding things here and there, so I cleaned out everything and tried a fresh install, all works great!

Cheers, Chris.

Hey guys,

Cheers for the help, I did try the user guide/forum search before I posted.
Correct, the SMF path had a typo!
Smiley

I can now register, but the login/out still has errors. On Login, message is  'Incorrect Username and Password' but a refresh of the page shows joomla has signed in, but not the forum! The link in the browser on logout is
Code:
http://www.mysite.co.uk/myfolder/action=logout&sesc=
is this right? It doesn't resolve, and also my forum path is mysite.co.uk/myfolder/forum.

-Joomla! version - 1.0.12
-SMF - 1.1.2
-CB - 1.0.2
-Used plugins - Only extra plugin is CB-SMF

Thanks, Chris.

Hi,

I have joomla/CB/smf, all latest version, and the bridge install goes fine. However, the login/out link don't resolve, and the register function gives;

Code:
Warning: updateusercount(/SSI.php) [function.updateusercount]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\partyrockandroll.co.uk\httpdocs\nitjaorg\administrator\components\com_smf\admin.smf.class.php on line 689

Fatal error: updateusercount() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/SSI.php' (include_path='C:\Inetpub\vhosts\partyrockandroll.co.uk\httpdocs\nitjaorg\administrator\components\com_smf\includes;.;./includes;./pear') in C:\Inetpub\vhosts\partyrockandroll.co.uk\httpdocs\nitjaorg\administrator\components\com_smf\admin.smf.class.php on line 689

Also the profile links aren't changing to CB!

I've obviously done something extremely wrong!

Any Ideas?

Thanks, Chris.
