I am using Mambo and SMF bridge for over 5 months, everything works fine except that i can never get this fixed. When i change password in CB and come back and login with a new passwords, it never logs me again unless i use the old password.

I'm not sure how this could be fixed? Is it mambo related issue only?

Mambo vr 4.5.4
CB 1.0.2
SMF 1.1.1
and SMF + Mambo Bridge 1.1.4 ( this is downloaded from simpleboard.com forum)

Were you able to resolve the password change problem? I have the same issue...not sure how to fix it.
