I use Joomla with slovenian language in UTF-8 and SMF with Croatian language UTF-8 encoding. When I patch the Joomla index.php source file, the text on Joomla pages dont show correct slovenian caracters like "ČŠŽ" Whay? Whats the patch do to this file?
