Amember is installed in the same database as Joomla and SMF, but it has its onwed prefix (amember_). And yes Joomla is in sync with SMF.

Any thoughts?

Sup guys, I have Amember membership script on my Joomla site. My problem is SMF is not reading the Joomla/Amember users. I installed SMF in the same database as Joomla. What can I do to fix this?

When I try to do this :click to patch      Patch Joomla Source Files. tooltip

I get this error message: html/Joomla/index.php file or the parent path is not writeable!

And could that also be the reason why my Joomla/Amember users are not active in SMF?

SmF is not reading Joomla user database. What can I do to fix that?
