I am trying to install JSMF 2.0 RC2 into a new, unmodified installation of Joomla & SMF and after installing the JSMF 2.0 RC2 component (which installs successfully) when I go to the Configuration link under Components > Joomla-SMF it only brings up a blank page.  I have checked the error logs and double-checked that I have installed the right versions of everything and am still only getting a blank page when I click configuration. 

Joomla Version - 1.0.11

SMF Version - 1.1 SMF RC3(same database as Joomla, with proper table prefixes) - also tried version 1.1 SMF RC2 with same issue

Joomla Community Builder 1.0.1 (JSMF 2.0 RC2 initially installed without CB installed, I also tried installing CB first and then JSMF 2.0 RC2) 

I'm at a loss - everything on the server is a fresh, unmodified install and I've closely followed and double-checked all the instructions.  I would appreciate any help getting this to work.
