Well I try the JMSF bridge for Joomla 1.015 and SMF 1.15 in my localhost and it works. However I have a problem. The Absolute SMF path in the Joomla Administration backend keep on changing.

Administrator>Components>Joomla-SMF forum>Install>SMF Abolute Path>C:wampwwwzogamforum

it is suppose to be C:\wamp\www\zogam\forum

Even after changing to the correct path... after a few minutes or clicks.. it revert back to C:wampwwwzogamforum

Whats going on?

I have the following currently installed in my site:

Joomla version is: 1.0.12
SMF version is: 1.1 RC3
Joomla-SMF version: 2.0 RC1

How will I go about upgrading to the latest Joomla and SMF? I have downloaded the JSMF 2.0.2.1 and also the patch for index_joomla_1.0.15

Please also explain how to unpatch the old JSMF

Does Joomla 1.0.15 works with JSMF 2.0.2.1? Someone please confirm. I would love to try it.

I have upgrade to  joomla 1.0.12 recently. I am using JSMF 1.1 RC3. Most of the time the pages link ie 1,2,3 etc are not clickable, so is the reply button. However when the page is refresh it work again. This is really inconvenient. Is there any fix for this?

I am able to hide the left menu now. But the forum page still look awkward. Is there a way to increase the width all the way to the left so that it look insync with the joomla header?

I am a newbie in Joomla. I am tryin to bridge Joomla and SMF. But on the installation screen it asked me for the SMF absolute path. Is it the same as my Joomla absolute path or is it something else? Where will i find this path?
