Wow coming together now

It works when I browse for a pic and upload it, but not with the directory of avatars listed.

Thanks for invaluable help

John

Hi Peter

Congrats on your site, lots of cool features.
I'm not sure what you mean by

"You can add the Forum Profile tab to CB which provides an option for the user to manually sync. CB avatar to SMF. This works but is convoluted."

Could you guide me through it or point me in the right direction. I had a look around CB but couldn't find Forum Profile Tab.

Cheers

Am loving your weather module from met eireann, can I have one pleeease.  8)What script you adding.

Hi Guys

After lots of help from this forum I'm nearly there...

My final problem relates to syncronising avatars from CB to SMF.

Profiles are syncing ok but the avatars are not. SMF login is saying "upload your avatar" even if the CB profile has an avatar attached. If I click on "upload your avatar" it brings me to the SMF "Forum Profile Information" but does not allow me to add an avatar.

If I have an avatar added in CB it does not update in SMF.

Any ideas,
As everything else is syncing fine it might be just a small thing ( I hope so)

So close with finishing my integration of SMF Bridge, so hopefully you guys can point me in the right direction.

Using :
Community Builder
SMF 1.1 RC3
Joomla Bridge 2.0
Versatility II SMF Theme

Hi

First off, well done to everyone involved in this project, excellent addition to joomla and SMF... Kiss

My problem is that everything seems to work fine except login. I have community builder installed with the plugin, no problems.

If i log in on the homepage it's not recognised by SMF when I click on the forum link using the community builder login. If i use the Joomla SMF login it returns

You are not authorized to view this resource.
You need to login.

If I use the unwrapped version, I have no problems logging in.

Another thing, when I go in to Bridge Configuration, some of the options don't seem to work (eg use SMF as the login or for registration)

Hopefully you guys can help

John
