1  Joomla Hacks / Joomla-SMF 2.0.x / Re: JSMF 2.0.2 Released on: February 06, 2007, 10:06:01 AM
I've interested too on this sef Smiley

AFAIK the OpenSEF guys are working on a new release somewhere mid (or end) February. More information on JSMF and OpenSEF can be found on the OpenSEF forum:

Too bad the demo is offline Sad

3  Joomla Hacks / Joomla-SMF 2.0.x / Re: Blank Screen Problem on: January 24, 2007, 03:28:21 AM
I'm still getting blank screens when logging in or out after I patch the joomla index.php. I searched high and low but can't find the answer. I tried increasing the line "ini_set("memory_limit", "32M");" to my J! index.php, but this made no difference and somehow I can't get the error log to work. Does anyone know a solution?

I'm running:
Joomla 1.0.12
JSMF 2.0.1
SMF 1.1 RC3

The post you replied to was over a year old. I suggest you check the download section, there is a multitude of new versions available Wink

I'm also having problems logging in, logging out or registering on my site.
I run:
Joomla 1.0.12
SMF 1.1.1
JSMF 2.0 Final

I have traced the problem as a conflict between JSMF and OpenSEF. If OpenSEF is off and index.php is patched, everything works. If I turn OpenSEF on, logging/registering does not work until I unpatch.

I have no idea how to solve this, can anyone help?

Just tested this mambot on Joomla 1.0.5, SMF 1.1 RC1 and the Joomla-SMF Bridge. Seems to work great, no errors. Even places pictures in my content right in my article without problems.

The only thing not working correctly is that the mambot doesn't seem to recognize <div> tags and considers them content. Other than that, great work! I'm gonna implement this on my site anyhow!

Yeah, I'm thinking the same. On one side I could use this one because it works, but I'd really like the auto discuss option. Not using this version will save me editing all my newspost when someone decides to make it...

Hhm...choices, choices Wink

I just stumbled across this topic and was wondering if you have seen the great improvements chadness has made to the discussbot. I wonder how these features can be made compatible with the joomlahacks bridge. Does anyone know how to solve this?
