If you prefer the first choice then I'd suggest you'll put a "stable" stamp on the current release and place it into your production environment.
Good idea but it is not so easy if you do something for client's site.

Ok I know this and you know this but not everyone is programmer, but people for who I work know the diffrence between "beta" and "stable". And they don't want beta.So Rascal71 thanks for your answer but it didn't help me
