i installed a new design on the joomla and im having problems with the reg... if your trying to reg to the system it wont say the "an email was sent to you bla bla bla" its just refresh the page and clear all you write...BUT the email was sent... what to do guys ?? how do i fix this ?

im downloading all this Templates but in non of them i cant find the *.ini file...and i cant install the Template....what to do ??
how do i install them ?
