19  Joomla Hacks / Joomla-SMF 2.0.x / Re: Menu does not display on: August 27, 2008, 11:54:46 AM
Seems like you have problems with duplicate classes in your Style sheets. This is an common issues when using SMF in wrapped mode. When the menu's work in un-wrapped mode? Then it is time to dig in the Css Wink

23  Joomla Hacks / Joomla-SMF 2.0.x / Re: JSMF 2.0.2.1 on: August 23, 2008, 05:27:35 AM
Yes it works with PHPbb, SMF, vBulletin.

But the Jfusion team advises to not use the Bridge on Live sites

Quote
At the moment, JFusion is in an ALPHA stage of development. This early stage of development means that we cannot classify JFusion as a 'Stable' product. For this reason we do not recommend that you use it on a live production site. This release is only intended to get feedback from the community.

When you have questions about Jfusion. Please ask them in a separate thread. Better read the link I gave you Wink

Do you also have ijoomla magazine installed. Please describe your own problem. Better next time to open your own thread Wink

Not all problems are the same.

Do you have problems with patching the Joomla index.php?
This has been covered several times on the forums Wink

28  General Discussion / Community Announcement / Joomlabridge.org back in business (Searching for moderators) on: August 20, 2008, 06:19:23 AM
Hi,

There has happened allot the past few months after I closed the site Joomlabridge.org. I received many request out off the community to re-open the site.

Yesterday I did all necessary bug fixes at the site, so we are back in business.

I reorganised the English Support forums on Joomlabridge.org. Made also an section for Joomla 1.5 bridge support.

We are also looking for some Moderators for the forums.

From now on you will also find a peer of the Downloads and the FAQ and User Guide on http://joomlabridge.org

Kind Regards,

Daan aka Livebox

When asking for support always mention version numbers.
SMF
Joomla
Bridge
login Module
etc etc

Other wise ppl are guessing at your problem.

There where some changes to the login module when J 1.0.13 was introduce. So there for the bridge also has changed Wink

Remember: the bugs that are in the bridge will be not resolved by team members.
