Title: Mambo changes - how will they affect the Mambo SMF bridge?

I'd guess that the kerfuffle with the Mambo team (http://www.opensourcematters.org/) has the folks at MamboHacks jumping to see which way the wind will blow, and its early days, so no one really knows whats going to happen next

. . . but any thoughts on how this might affect the bridge?

I personally got surprised.

I guess if Mambo remains GNU/GPL then there would be no problem. Lets just hope that the turn of events would not be the end of Mambo as it was.
