I installed the latest version (2.0.2) without trouble about a week ago, and then sometime between midnight and 1am EST today the component suddenly stopped working.
At first I thought it was the JPromoter component (installed today) that was the culprit, but I uninstalled that and then tried to reinstall the SMF bridge. That's when I saw the "Expires" code in the directory path. UPDATE: OK, there's also a system mambot associated with JPromoter and that's what is conflicting with SMF Bridge. I've uninstalled the mambot for the time being, and that brought the forum back. I can't figure out why and it's preventing me from patching the Joomla code using the installation interface.
