Hi

Great work on the Joomla-SMF bridge! Your a real asset to the open source community.

Im sure you've been asked this a million times but......
When are we likely to get our hands on the new BETA?
I only ask as I have major problems on my site with 1.4.2 corrupting the config.smf.php file when I save configuration in the Joomla backend.

The last I heard was that the 2.0 beta release was pencilled in for today. Obviously the decision to release is Wolverines alone, so the date could change.

In the meantime, if your problem is an emergency, have you attempted a clean install of the bridge with fresh Joomla and SMF files?

Havent done a fresh install, im trying to avoid it :o
Looks like the BETA has been released now so ill give that a try first.
