Hi Cowboy,

Do you have any intention to port the mambo-SMF forum to Joomla?

Thanks.

Yes. The next beta is coming out soon. It's already running at www.PinoyProfessionals.com.

I will test beta 2 with joomla as well.

But just a tip for all of us. It's always best not to jump in and upgrade to new releases (specially beta). Because 50% of the time there will be issues. Always wait for 2 weeks or even a month before upgrading. All the issues, if there is, will surface during those period.

Avoid upgrading too soon specially if your site is very important.

How about SMF 1.0.5? Dont know if the bridge 1.3.1.3 works with Joomla. It works somehow, but i get logged out from forums even if im logged in the Joomla.
Also discussion bot doesnt work, would be nice to get it work too.
error:
"Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/hglancom/public_html/development/mambots/content/smf.discussbot.php on line 30"
line 30
$database->setQuery ("SELECT params FROM #__mambots WHERE element='smf.discussbot'");

Joomla 1.0.1
SMF-Bridge 1.3.1.3 + login mod 1.3.1b
SMF 1.0.5
wrapped
