how to bring smf forum on the frontend of the site

Respected Sir,
I have installed smf_1-1-4_install  using ftp & all steps were suceesfully installed my forum is been created.

I've also uploaded a module called mod_smf_last from alikonweb which shows top n post from the forum please tell me how to attach  my forum form smf to htis module .
as this module ask for path but tell me how i'will give path to this module.


please response soon as this work has to be complete by tommorow
