can't access SMF Config again got apache.exe fault

Hi !

PHP:4.3.10
apache:1.3.33
mambo 4.5.2
smf 1.0.3

after I installed all package
when i config smf , got these message below

after i set "Path to SMF" and save it
can't access SMF Config again and got the apache.exe fault

but Mambo-SMF Integration 1.0 have no this problem to me

1.2 is not tested in windows platform. I will test it asap.
