Joomla smf integration error

Please help me!

I have installed joomlahacks smf bridge and smf recent topics module on my joomla powered site:
www.glazbeni-portal.com  As you can see recent topics module works.. problem occurs when you click on a recent topic ... then you get error message like this:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare template_init() (previously declared in /home/glazbeni/public_html/portal/forum/Sources/Load.php(1607) : eval()'d code:32) in /home/glazbeni/public_html/portal/forum/Sources/Load.php(1607) : eval()'d code on line 57
