Check the user guide, this is fixed but you must make a manual modification. 

If you are inserting a quote from the reply page(where it shows the topic below the reply and links to insert quote) then this is broke in RC3.  I am currently working on a resolution.

Hi Wolverine,

The fix that is described in the user guide did not solve the problem.
But I disabled Quick Reply and that fixed the problem.
