Joomla-SMF 2.0RC1 & JD-Wiki
« on: October 14, 2006, 09:47:26 PM »

Ok, there is some strangeness going on between theese two. When the bridge is installed it works perfectly to surf around the site if you don't visit the wiki. When visiting the wiki it displays fine and all seems well untill you try and leave...

When you try to visit any other page on the site you get:
Code:
Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/nitsche/public_html/lajv/index.php on line 61

To get the site to show again you have to remove your cookies. It is a rather annoying problem (although not a grave one for me, I can do without the wiki). But... Whos the one to blame? Both Joomla-SMF and JD-Wiki work fine on their own.

the wiki may start a new session and so the session object that contains the bridge information has been corrupted.  So... in that sense they are both a bit to blame.  I plan on reworking this functionality more in the next release of the bridge.
