RC1 bridge compatible with the new Joomla 1.5 beta?

Is the RC1 bridge compatible with the new Joomla 1.5 beta? I just installed a test environment Installing the components is going ok. When I changed something in the configuration.php. (Legacy to 1)

But now I get these errors.
So you can see I am testing on my local machine with WAMP

I have it on a test web server and I cannot get any component to install
What do you have in your FTP root setting
If I can get the component to install maybe we can work through it
right now it sounds like your ahead of me by getting it to install at all
