Stable version

Hi

I would like to ask when is possible to publish stable version of JSMF 2.0?
I use it in commercial projects and I can't use any beta version. Is there any "dead" line?

Would you prefer a "unstable" version that meets the deadline or would you prefer a "stable" version that takes a little while longer to develop.....

If you prefer the first choice then I'd suggest you'll put a "stable" stamp on the current release and place it into your production environment.

And there is always the fact that no release will ever be "stable", there will always be issues with this component.

I am still using the 1st release of JSMF 2.0 because for me it does what I want....so I consider it stable...

I am sorry, I have been going through work troubles.  I was going through lay-offs at my old company and then trying to find a new job, which I have now found.  This delayed my anticipated release which was mid september.  I am now hopeful to release a RC1 within the week which is a step up from Beta and should meet your criteria.  Final release will be shortly thereafter.  Grin

I wait stil wait Smiley. I don't want to lay any claim to longer development. I only would like to know when it will be available. That's all.

Good idea but it is not so easy if you do something for client's site.

Ok I know this and you know this but not everyone is programmer, but people for who I work know the diffrence between "beta" and "stable". And they don't want beta.

So Rascal71 thanks for your answer but it didn't help me Wink

@Wolverine - congrats of your new job I wish you it will be better than last Smiley. And thank you for your inforamtion and for your hard work.

Congratulations on finding a new job Wolverine....

I second that.  I have not been on the boards for awhile so I did not hear the news.  That's definitely GREAT news.  Unemployment or the threat of can be a stressfull thing.  I work for GM and its been stressfull here for the last 2years.  I think things finally starting to turn around but nowhere near a safe environment yet.  Again grats!!!
