Update to 1.0.4

Is there a need to uninstall the Mambo-SMF module first? I have just updated to 1.0.4 directly via the packagemanager without a prob.

There's no need if 1.0.4 did not modify any files that SMFmod modified. Since you did not encounter any issue, I guess there's no need to uninstall then.
