Same old sh$t, different day

I am trying to install Joomla 1.0.11, CB 1.0.1, SMF RC3.

What order and what components and modules should I install in order to use the CB registration for SMF and Joomla.

Apologies if this is a real no-brainer...  Shocked

install CB
then jsmf bridge(com_smf_2_0)
then jsmf cb_plugin

then the other modules are optional
