| Alright I have redone the index page twice and the config.php and still can not seem to see the problem <?php defined( '_VALID_MOS' ) or die( 'Direct Access to this location is not allowed.' ); $iso = split( '=', _ISO ); echo '<?xml version="1.0" encoding="'. $iso[1] .'"?' .'>'; ?> its somewhere in the _VALID_MOS which I have no idea......
