Bridge from joomla to SMF isnt working anymore

In the beginning the bridge of joomla to smf was working very well!
If someone registered on joomla the user was also displayed in smf. This doesnt work anymore. What can it be?
I also select the option to go from the smf profile link directly to the cb profile, but this is also not working.

Who can help me?
