Disappearing Joomla Header

Currently running:
- Joomla 1.0.10
- Joomla/SMF 1.1.4.2
- SMF 1.1RC2

The Joomla header keeps disappearing when I click on certain functions with in the SMF Admin area.  In other words after clicking on a certain link SMF unwraps from Joomla.  One e.g. is in Forum Maintenance - General Maintenance - "Find and Repair any errors.".

I have proven it is not the SMF theme causing the issue.  Other than that I have not done an further testing.
