forum integration problem

I folowed regular instalation steps, and after instalicn com_smf....
i cant patch /forum/index.php  (it's chmod 777)

 Failed: Code to be patched not found in file: /www/telrad.loc/game/web/forum/index.php


this is the message i get, what should I do now???
