Page Not Found when clicking on SMF Board

* SMF Version - Powered by SMF 1.1 RC2
* Joomla-SMF Forum Integration Version - Joomla-SMF Integration version is 1.1.02
* PHP Version - 4.3.11
* Apache or IIS or other? Apache

Configuration description:

* Using OpenSEF
* JoomlaAtWork SEO Patch - I had this applied when I installed the Joomla-SMF bridge, but when I got this error I uninstalled hoping that would fix the problem - it didn't

Problem description:

The Installation and Configuration of the SMF bridge went smooth. The issue I am having is that boards do not show up when I got into the forum through Joomla. The boards work fine when I point firefox or IE directly at the SMF directory, but when I try to enter a board from Joomla, I get a 404 error. I looked to see if other have asked for help with this issue, but I have not found a thread that discussed a 404 error when trying to enter a board from Joomla,

This works -

And this does not work -

http://www.isthathealthy.com/component/option,com_smf/Itemid,26/board,2.0

These are both pointing to the same new board I created in SMF. I appreciate any and all help anyone can provide.
