not with open-sef and not with sef404
Are there sites which have nice url's with the smf-joomla bridge?

like www.site.com/forum/cats/my-red-cat.html

all nice integrated in the joomla framework...

I think OpenSEF had something similar but do not think they have pursued that, since they've switched to another forum. Realistitcally, your URL example is will not always work. If you encounter a category or post with the same name, one thread will never show. Such a URL requires an id to preceed or follow it.

Beyond that, I do not see the URLs produced using OpenSEF all that bad, considering the features packed into SMF forums. Mine look as follows.

....com/forum/board,107.0/

Their website says it is tested with Ortiso's bridge.  Does anyone know if it has been tested with the JoomlaHacks.com bridge?
