Two bugs in 1.30 installation

I've hit three problems in installing the 1.30 beta version.

First, SMF won't install the mod correctly, it fails on patching the sources/profile.php file (or at least it thinks it fails) - however, the file actually does get patched correctly.

Second, when I try to go to the forums from Mambo, I get "Constant WIRELESS already defined in <path to SMF>\index.php on line 78"

EDIT: Having just un-installed and re-installed SMF completely (using the same database) everything now works - it seems it was upgrading that it didn't like...

Your 2nd issue is caused by the first. Remember, you need to uninstall first the old mod version before installing 1.3 mod.

You need to get the original files from the SMF install and re-install the mod. This is tested in SMF 1.0.3. Let me know if you still get failure in installing the mod.

I've the same error message too when I go to Forum link into my mambo site:
Notice: Constant WIRELESS already defined in c:\inetpub\filippomarino.it\smf\index.php on line 78

Any suggestion?

I solved my problem.
SORRY! I had just installed the mambo MOD through the smf package manager, but I forgot to APPLY that MOD!!
