Joomla-SMF modifications needed

I'm looking for someone who can perform the following mods to my SMF/Joomla Website:

1. Remove the ability for users to login or register via SMF
2. Remove "Info Center"
3. Remove users ability to access their profile via SMF

I am using PortalGreen2 as my SMF theme.  I would like the theme to be set to a standard width.  Right now it shrinks right up into one corner and half the page is blank.

Please post an estimate; both time and cost.
